This AmScope beginner microscope kit gives young scientists a practical first look at cells, fibers, pond water, leaves, and prepared specimens. The metal-body microscope provides multiple magnification levels from 120X to 1200X, while the LED light helps children see samples clearly. A broad 52-piece accessory kit supports specimen collection, slide preparation, and repeat experiments, and the carrying case keeps the homeschool science supplies together.

It works well for elementary biology, nature study extensions, Montessori-style hands-on investigation, and curious children ready to move beyond a toy magnifier. Adult guidance will help beginners prepare slides and focus successfully.

A strong first microscope for homeschool STEM and life science units.
